Anthony started Cistor in 2008 to break the industry's habit of throwing hardware away long before it needed replacing.

A longer life for existing technology beats a three-year replacement cycle - that's the idea behind everything Circularity First does, and it's part of why Cistor is a Cisco Circular Economy Partner. Anthony's spent well over a decade putting it into practice across Europe, the US and Asia, work that's since been recognised with a techUK Planet Award.

He still gets most animated talking about the same thing that started it all: making sure good hardware doesn't end up as landfill just because a lease ran out.
